Dr. Saba received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida and his Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Saba has in-depth experience in several aspects of physician medical care, including hospitalist care,
outpatient office-based care, managed care practice, private insurance, and traditional Medicare. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Saba coordinated telemedicine and general care response on the Treasure Coast of Florida.

Dr. Saba is fluent in English, Spanish, Urdu, and Hindi. His leadership, expertise, and ability to streamline efficiencies make him a valuable asset to Cannabis Doctor X – Medical Marijuana Doctor, Dr. Saba has completed all education and certification requirements to offer medical cannabis certifications to his patients.
