Dr. Cruz received his undergraduate degree from the University of Puerto Rico and his medical degree from Universidad Central del Caribe, School of Medicine. He earned his medical degree with honors and is a general practice specialist. Dr. Cruz has over seven years of diverse experiences ranging from family medicine to emergency medicine. Dr. Cruz is passionate about his career and each of his patients.

Dr. Cruz is fluent in both Spanish and English. He has spent time practicing medicine in Puerto Rico, Kansas, and Florida. With a focus on homeopathic medicine, Dr. Cruz understands the potential and effectiveness of medical marijuana. Dr. Cruz has completed all certifications and education requirements to offer medical cannabis certifications to his patients.
