1. Re-Evaluation

First, a re-evaluation is required by a state certified cannabis doctor who is qualified to order recommendations for medical marijuana. Just like your initial evaluation the re-evaluation will include making an in person visit to our medical marijuana clinic. At the time of this re-evaluation at the Cannabis Doctor X - Medical Marijuana Doctor medical marijuana clinic you will have filled out the standard state required medical marijuana use forms that we have previously emailed to you or you can fill out these forms at the time of your re-evaluation. If you have been a patient at Cannabis Doctor X- Medical Marijuana Doctor before your original medical marijuana recommendation and documents will be on file. If you are a first time patient at Cannabis Doctor X- Medical Marijuana Doctor these new forms will be made part of your medical record with our clinic. The cannabis doctor will conduct and complete a comprehensive medical re-evaluation to determine if you still quality and continued medical marijuana treatment will still specifically benefit you as a patient.

2. Recommendation

Second, once the state certified cannabis doctor at our medical marijuana clinic determines that your chronic or debilitating medical condition meets the Florida Department of Health requirements for medical marijuana use they will provide another recommendation for medical marijuana and re-establish a treatment plan for your specific requirements as a patient. This medical marijuana treatment plan may remain the same as the original plan or adjustments could be made depending on the patient and their specific situation. This recommendation process is similar to writing a standard prescription. A medical marijuana recommendation is a statement from your state certified cannabis doctor that expresses their professional view that medical marijuana would be beneficial to your specific chronic or debilitating medical condition.

3. Registration

Third, after you have completed your re-evaluation for a medical marijuana card the state certified cannabis doctor will submit your re-certification application and register your medical marijuana recommendation for 210 days. This will allow you as a medical marijuana card holder to purchase medical marijuana from any licensed dispensary within the state of Florida. Cannabis Doctor X- Medical Marijuana Doctor will contact you in regards to scheduling another re-evaluation and before your card expires to prevent any lapse in medication and treatment.
